In the highly competitive medical industry, the use of mobile nursing station on the clinical care, not only to simplify operations, streamlining manpower, but also can improve care quality and increase the number of nurses caring for patients. In this study, Delone & McLean (2003) successful models of information systems based on a questionnaire survey research and field visits and related information collection methods, and to verify the success of mobile nursing station models and hypotheses and to explore the impact of the relationship between the variables. A total of 216 used mobile nursing station nurses completing the questionnaires. The questionnaire tool used by those who fill in a form including basic personal information, mobile nursing station frequency of use, and import operations of the nursing station build-benefit assessment. The results showed, that nurses on the age, length of service, education level, rank the four basic attributes of the deployment of mobile nursing stations, there were no significant differences in benefits, of which medical nursing staff can better support for managers and identify with system quality and net benefits. In the other hand, nurses were less likely not to use the mobile nursing station because of its information quality and service quality. And the factor which might affect the nursing staff’s satisfaction for the mobile nursing station is the willingness of using it. The mobile nursing station producing net benefits will have a positive correlation with the nursing staff satisfaction of the actual operation. Chien-Lung Chan 詹前隆 2010 學位論文 ; thesis 107 zh-TW
