碩士 === 元智大學 === 管理研究所 === 98 === Aluminum die-casting industry was flourishing in recent years. It was auto parts to supply demand of domestic market in Taiwan early. Nowadays, the 3C consumer product market is booming so every industrial and complementary consumer products are widely adopted. Taiwan is an export-oriented country; moreover, it is highly relying on imported raw material. Aluminum die-casting industry is technology-intensive, labor-intensive, and capital-intensive industries. Comparing with developing regions, such as China, Southeast Asia, India, and Eastern Europe; the industry in Taiwan have more expensive land and labor costs. As fuel costs are in an increasing trend, there exist side-effects for Aluminum die casting industry in Taiwan. Taiwan Die Casting industry is dominated by Small and Medium Enterprises. When all productions costs have increased, new regional competitors have grown, how do enterprises understanding internal conditions, with the external environment changes, by competitive analysis. Moreover, with vision of industrial development, how do enterprises to know customers’ master plan information, maintaining good relations with the supply chain, and plans for business development strategy.
