Summary:碩士 === 元智大學 === 管理研究所 === 98 === This study examined the implementation status of the accreditation policies at elementary schools in Taoyuan County, and analyzed the cognition of elementary school teachers and principals on Three Variables and Thirteen factors that influenced the implementation of school feature accreditation. The conclusions could be used for the future reference. According to the data, six conclusions were obtained:1. The importance which influenced the subjects’cognition were 3 variables and 13 factors. 2. The subjects had highest cognition scores on policy variables were policy implementation process variables. 3. The importance which influenced the subjects’cognition were "demand factors". 4. Subjects with different six , educational background, teaching experiences, generated by different position in schools, had significant differences on features certified implementation of policies. 5. Assessment of various factors on policy outcomes reached the standards and a significant positive correlation. 6. "Supervision and Guidance Mechanism and Operation of the Factor "had the greatest impact affected the feature of the certified school implementation. Based on the above findings, and educational administration, schools, teachers and a number of specific recommendations for future research, for reference.
