| Summary: | 碩士 === 元智大學 === 管理研究所 === 98 === The purpose of this study is to discuss the volunteers’ training of the medical care. we understood the execution of the volunteers’ training by the experience from 34 volunteers-system organizations, and the study would be exercised in the volunteers’ training of the medical organizations and would be the reference of the further plan or implementation. The operation and the development of the organization will related to volunteers who have the complete specialized knowledge and the service skill. The volunteers’ organization will be influence in the outcome of execution, whether to achieve the expectation or not.
This study was taken by qualitative research method- interviewing the experts、the government enterprise and the medical organizations. According to the analysis of the literature and the interview, the findings are as follows:
一、the suggestion to the training program：
1. Process evaluation before training and planning
2. Decide training direction on a basis of difference and demand
3. Enhance the training volunteers’ recognition and the manner of service
4. The effectiveness, value, and contribution of the training program should be added to the evaluation
5. Organize the training camp for the seed volunteers
二、The suggestion to the executive organizations
1. Fully communication and understanding of training expectation before starting
2. The education training attends to variety and independence
3. The program design combines with the reality
三、The advice to the training volunteers
1. Make effort to each training chance
2. Effectively perform the training result
3. Treasure resources
