Consequently, Computer Corporation builds up the irreplaceable sustained competitive advantage. Computer Corporation and case study subject also create a very closely connected and inseparable strategic partner relationship to support Computer Corporation to act as a leader in the field of PC industry. The study purposes of this thesis include: Firstly, to find out the competive strategies and technology innovation applications of Computer Corporation, and the competitive strategies of ODM’s major competitor named Foxconn. Next, to study these three factors how to bring about the impact in ODM abilities of R&D, Purchasing, Manufacturing, Logistic, Marketing and Financing. And these five kinds core competence how to create benefits on ODM supply chain management of the case subject and affect the competitive advantage of Computer Corporation. By having a case study of actual corporation process and technology innovation applications between ODM Company and Computer Corporation, not only make thousands of supplies in the supply chain of Computer Corporations would have a chance to know the key performance index between Computer Corporation & ODM in which to create a new supply chain management rules by technology innovation applications; but also to introduce the successful working model to other companies in Taiwan IT industry, so we can expect to see more innovation and breakthrough in the future.   The thesis selected object is a Desktop ODM Company. Firstly, we gathered and discussed the related literatures and compliance with PC industry analysis;Secondly, we collected and analyzed plenty data and finance report from case object and Computer Corporation. Finally, accordingly to interviews with exports and senior managers which hold responsible position for upon five kinds of ODM/OEMs abilities of subject, we came out the conclusions can be summarized as follow: 1. Computer Corporation competitive strategies directly and clearly affect in ODM/OEM abilities. 2. Computer Corporation created total seven kinds of Technology Innovation Methods directly and clearly affect in ODM/OEM abilities .Based on different Innovation Types (Product Innovation、Procedure Innovation ) and Innovation Class (Incremental Innovation Distinctive Innovation Breakthrough Innovation). 3. The competive strategies of major competitor named Foxconn have certainly affected in ODM/OEM abilities. 4.
