With the scientific and technological progress, present generation nearly can’t do without electrical equipments in their daily lives. Hence the case of electrical fire incidents had increased day by day too. Except a part of circuit is wear out, fire is caused mostly by improper use of electric appliances, probe to the bottom that carelessness of human character is the main cause of fire. Actually, human life becomes convenient due to the invention of electricity and the use of electric equipments in which the latent danger of improper usage cannot be ignored. Therefore, to understand and reduce electrical fire incidents is a great urgency. This case study for the reason of a fire caused by carelessness use of electric radiator that started a fire on clothing materials, lead to a family of seven person of which five dead and two escaped tragedies. This study uses FDS (Fire Dynamics Simulator) software developed by NIST (National Institute of Standards and Technology). By using FDS software to restore the fire scene, the distribution and change of the temperature and concentration field, specifically on different parameters changes in probing the relevant parameter to the fire site and the influence of time in fleeing for one’s life.
