Summary:碩士 === 元智大學 === 資訊社會學研究所 === 98 === Following the trend of E-government development, the need for the release of certain government information is increasing. In addition to improving the administrative efficiency of government institutions and processes, it also prompted the public to inquire and apply for government information services. The study is intended to discover factors influencing performance in information transparency by comparing the Public Construction Commission (PCC) and Ministry of Justice in this regard. This study conceives government information transparency as policy innovations and strives to understand how internal and external customers influence the results of active publicity and passive publicity. The study found that each specific unit is responsible for undertaking the promotion and implementation of the new policy. Each unit adopts customer-oriented approach to exploring the process of information transparency. In addition, the main factors that account for performance differences including the support of the head of PCC, an evaluation system was set up, and concrete policy guidance were put in place. This study hopes to provide useful reference through the case studies for relevant policies in the future.
