However, SC-FDMA system is similar to the conventional OFDM system, it is not applicable under high mobility due to the inter-carrier interference(ICI). In this thesis, we propose MVDR channel estimator and time domain least square channel estimator. For the time domain least square estimator, we proposed a group-based frequency domain equalizer to replace the original one and reduce the computational complexity. In order to mitigate the ICI problems, we used the group-based parallel interference cancellation with the frequency domain soft decision feedback and the full parallel interference cancellation with the time domain hard decision feedback schemes. Next, we proposed a novel channel estimator error and maximum likelihood search algorithms to enhance the data detection performance.
