Air cargo market will continue to lead the world air cargo industry in average annual growth rates, with intra-Asia market expanding at 8.1% per year. In the last literature reviews, airports focus expanded to be a hub. The purpose of this study is air cargo competitiveness of major airports in Asian region. This study review related literatures include air cargo, Multi-criteria evaluation method, Delphi method, and airport competitiveness. The evaluation and selection framework includes three aspects respectively are airline capacity, airport facility and operation, and commercial development. These aspects involve ten quantitative items. The content of structure includes Taiwan, China, Hong Kong, Japan, Korea, and Singapore airport data, priority, and weight value. This research show that airports indexes of rank and competitiveness. The result of three aspects, Shanghai Pudong international airport is the most competitiveness in airline capacity, Korea Incheon International airport is the most competitiveness in airport facility and operation, and Shanghai Pudong international airport is the most competitiveness in commercial development. The overall result for competitiveness of six airports are Hong Kong International airport, Shanghai Pudong international airport, Korea Incheon International airport, Singapore Changi international airport, Japan Tokyo Narita international airport and Taiwan Taoyuan international airport.
