When all colleges adopt single entrance examinations of Master degree system, candidates’ utility will be achieved to the maximum value if the application fees raised to higher until candidates take only one college examination.. 2. When all colleges adopt unite entrance examinations of Master degree system, candidates’ utility will be decreased while application fees become higher. 3. If one college adopt single entrance examinations of Master degree system, and the other adopt unite entrance examinations, candidates’ utility will be decreased when application fees become higher except within a certain range.
