Summary:碩士 === 國防大學理工學院 === 兵器系統工程碩士班 === 99 === In this thesis, several industrial heat treatments(HT) such as solution treatment(ST), ST+ artificial ageing (AA) and annealing (ANN) were employed on electron beam welded (EBW) process Ti-6Al-4V weldment to investigate the effect of the heat treatment on the performance of the creep resistance, in which creep test carried out at the 450, 475 and 500℃ under the fixed stressed at 316, 366 and 416 MPa. Furthermore, the effect of HT on corrosion performance of EB weldment is also studied. The composition of oxide layer of surface, 50 nm and 100 nm below the surface after related HT are also investigated. The competition of the Ti, Al and V atoms associated the formation of oxide layer with variant depth are analyzed.
