Summary:碩士 === 國立中正大學 === 機械工程學系暨研究所 === 99 === The purpose of this research was apply ANSYS-SOFTWARE and Infinite Element Method to study the main component of Servo-press at maximum load due to motor torque and reaction force. First, apply IEM to solve 2D elastic problems and compare the numerical result with analytic solution in order to validate the proposed IEM programming, second part ,by ANSYS package simulation the main component of Servo-press preliminary analysis results will and manufacturers provides data, than on, confirmed FEM model correctness, then simulation for the main component of Servo-press at ability point, getting equivalent stress of each parts, found passed power of gear structure will bear maximum load. Finally, by ANSYS issued exported gear data, Infinite element method to produce model of surface hardened layers of gears, with relatively homogeneous and hardened gears of two scenarios under stress.
