The outcome from this study is through questionnaire data collection and statistic analysis to test and verify hypotheses then obtain the following conclusions: 1、Product price is no positive and significant influence against customer satisfaction. The possible reasons are medical orthopedic support customers who take healthy protection and life safety as the primary concern, and trust medical professionals and think product function is important, even they can not accept product price, they are still willing to pay for medical orthopedic support once have actual needs. 2、Customer satisfaction will be affected by customers’ satisfaction to product quality of medical orthopedic support. 3、Cooperate image of medical orthopedic support manufacturers will affect customers’ evaluation to product quality. 4、Customers’ identification to cooperate image of medical orthopedic support industry will affect customer satisfaction and customer loyalty. 5、Customer satisfaction has positive and significant influence against customer loyalty.
