Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立中正大學 === 光機電整合工程研究所 === 99 === The optimal lighting for oral cavity detection is proposed. The illuminants consist of several LEDs with different intensity ratios and peak wavelengths, which can enhance the color difference between normal and abnormal regions in oral cavity. A system combined with multi-spectral imaging (MSI) and color reproduction technique is applied to find the best enhancement above them. The number of LEDs and the Color Rendering Index (CRI) will be discussed, and compare with traditional lighting. The experimental results show that the CRI of illuminants has no direct relationship with color enhancement ability in oral cavity, which means using narrowband illuminants is satisfy with reddish environment more than illuminants with broadband spectra and high CRI. According to this, the illuminant with specific mixing ratio of red and green LEDs is proposed, which has excellent color enhancement for oral cavity detection. Compare with common fluorescent lamp, the enhancement can be improved from 21.57 to 30.55, giving 41% incensement, thus can make medical diagnosis more efficiency and help patients for early treatment.
