Summary:碩士 === 長庚大學 === 電機工程學系 === 99 === The main objective of this thesis is to design and implement high voltage generator for cereal sterilization. In the research, the high voltage generator consists of boost converter with coupled inductor and flyback converter. The proposed generator adopts active clamp circuit to recover energies trapped in leakage inductors of coupled inductor and transformer in the flyback for increasing conversion efficiency. In order to simplify circuit structure of the proposed generator, switches of two converters can be merged by switch integration technique to reduce component counts and cost. Moreover, in order to increase operational reliability, the proposed generator adopts voltage and current regulation methods to avoid component damage. In the flyback converter, its secondary side adopts multi-windings to speed up output response for decreasing energy dissipation. Finally, a prototype under maximum output voltage of 30 kV and maximum output current of 5 mA has been implemented to verify the feasibility of the proposed high voltage generator for cereal sterilization.
