Description
Summary:碩士 === 中華科技大學 === 飛機系統工程研究所 === 100 === Sandwich structure design, can effectively reduce the structural weight, increase the structural mechanical properties ; Center materials are used, such as styrofoam of composite materials to increase the structure's dynamic characteristics and to reduce the weight of the structure itself .The plan of the structure of the sandwich cylindrical surface of the glass fiber composite materials (HD224-03) + epoxy resin (51002A/51002B), compared with 30K core material density Styrofoam composites. Fatigue failure usually occurs in materials such as epoxy resin that some of the surface, this shear stress and the tensile stress and the vulnerability to tensile, compressive effect of the shear .Another variant of torque angle change behavior, the root length and size of the cylinder, with J values represent the amount of deformation. Fiber woven laminated composite materials also affect the quantity and direction, in addition to improving the process, the most important is to discuss the distortion of fatigue, fiber orientation, density, impact of fatigue damage. In the experiment, we use the torque generated in the cylinder at both ends of the angle of deformation control the size of its strength and fatigue times. Experimental methods are adopted to drive pulley and cause joint rod fixed to the fixed round trip on the stage of the sandwich cylinder testing machine for fatigue testing. Tested in the course of 30 °, 45 °, 60 °, 0 °, 90 ° to reach a conclusion, the results provide the future use of numerical analysis and design manufacturers.
