Summary:碩士 === 中華科技大學 === 飛機系統工程研究所 === 99 === This article is to explore different angles of the glass fiber effects sandwich cylinder composite material under the torque force, using the glass fiber (HD224-03) / epoxy (51002A / 51002B) (GF / epoxy) the quality of it's high stiffness, high strength ratio, light weight, corrosion resistance, the advantages of forming in a short time. This article's cylindrical glass fiber composite materials is make into composite sandwich cylinder structure, the internal core material for the cylindrical is made of 30K high-density styrofoam, cover with fiber glass and epoxy resin / hardener (GF / epoxy) blend to produce four different cylindrical structure and laminated it's outer parts. Overlapping sequences are similar to the way the stack, the stack point of view are [0]4、[0/±15/0]4、[+15/+15/-15/-15]4、[0/±30/0]4、[+30/+30/-30/-30]4、[0/±45/0]4、[+45/+45/-45/-45]4. Experimental approach, the composite sandwich cylinder is attach on self-made clamping device and test it's torque in torsion test machine. Record the angle of torque being applied, load weight, and obtain the shear stress, torque, result etc... The results will be plotted on the diagram from the experimental data of shear stress and the angle of torque being applied. Built the database with the experimental result. And use the experiment result and building proccess to provide analysis of future statisitc values and future design.
