In this study, questionnaires were developed based on literature and surveyed on junior high school English teachers. Then, the collected data were analyzed and presented in percentages, averages and standard deviations. The results are showed as following, 1. At present, the history of adopt e-Textbook in teaching in not long, the frequency is not high. 2. The teachers generally believe, at present, when schools impels the eTextbook, what is most defective is the incentive system, education and training as well as consultants who provide the solution when there are difficulty in using eTextbook. 3. The teachers generally believe, comparing with traditional teaching, applying e-Textbook in teaching have most positive effects on enhancing students’ participating, concentration. 4. The primary difficulties of applying e-Textbook are equipment insufficiency, deficient of motive for teachers applying technology in teaching , lacks of training.
