碩士 === 中華大學 === 科技管理學系碩士班 === 99 === With the changing of global industrial structure, the value-added of service industry has been improving, in recent years the service industry has become the centered of global economy as the main part. The service industry has become the mainstream industry in Taiwan, the growing importance of Taiwan's economic development is increased. Most companies would like to be outstanding in the competitive marketplace to have an irreplaceable competitiveness to gain a foothold in business. “Innovation” has become the only way that helps companies to strive. Therefore, the government actively promotes “innovation” become the important principles during business management in recent years. The main topic of this study is investigating that using TRIZ 40 innovation principles in the service innovation. The first step is sorting the literature of TRIZ and service innovation. Through the literature sorted out the 156 extended application of the invention principles. Second, use the way of expert interviews to confirm the results of extended application of the invention principles. Then use Cochran Q test for the consistency test. Using the results of all the final extended applications to building a new and a suitable of TRIZ 40 invention principles to the service innovation.
