As for enterprises, knowing consumers’ demand well with technology is the most important key factor to develop the Customer Relationship Management (CRM). Therefore, if enterprises can use the data of consumers and their consumption well, by analysing, they will be able to provide appropriate messages to consumers and to give advice or shorten the time for consumers to search for commodity information. If so, consumers will be more satisfied with the pre-sale services of the enterprise. This study will recommend flash drive as featured commodities, making use of clustering in data mining, the theory of AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process),the concept of membership function in fuzzy set, it introduces a method to recommend commodities. Enquirers enter their personal needs with particular description , and they can get suggestions of commodities which will much more conformed to their needs from the system. The results showed gradually that by changing needs of enquirers’ attribute values, as opposed to the system recommended by the information content of changes, we can see the results of the execution of the method, which has a certain degree of reliability. If shopping websites can be put into practice, not only can shorten the search time, searchers also increase consumer confidence in the website.
