In recent years, due to a high degree of popularity of 3C products, so the magnesium alloy gradually concerned about the many electronics products, such as mobile phones, notebook computers used as shell products by magnesium alloy on the market. The magnesium alloy can be used as a substitute material of iron and aluminum. A series of experiments the flow behavior of AZ61 Mg alloy were investigated by hot compression tests at various temperatures and strain rates. The study focuses on the calculated deformation conditions by strain-stress behavior during hot compression on combination formula, and research stress exponent -n value, strain sensitivity -m value, material constant A value, combined with the strain rate and temperature variables -Z value, and activation energy Q value, which understand relationship between mechanical properties and forming parameter of Mg alloy on plastic of high temperature. Results show, the dynamic recovery (DRV) exhibited trend typical strain-stress curves on a higher Z conditions, and the flow curves with a typical softening of dynamic recrystallization phenomena at high temperature and lower strain rate.
