spelling ndltd-TW-099CSU000630022015-10-28T04:07:09Z http://ndltd.ncl.edu.tw/handle/19162264693557670882 Thermal transfer effects of a certain Nano-Mesoporous Carbon membrane 特定奈米中孔碳膜的散熱效應 Sie, Ya-lin 謝雅琳 碩士 正修科技大學 化工與材料工程研究所 99 Recently,with the rapid development of high-tech industries,the need of the smaller the size of electronic components as well as high power system has been increased a lot;the heat energy management becomes more and more important。When the heat energy can not be removed properly ,the efficiency of electronic components will be reduced。Therefore,a variety of thermal materials have been developed and investigated。Using nano-mesoporus carbon materials for electronic components as high performance thermal conductivity materials,due to its small size and high surface areas,through the coating of organic materials,processing with good heat dissipation characteristics of inorganic materials can achieve the goal for cooling of electronic components。 This study can be applicable to industry。The major difference between the cooling materials of CM series and A series is in the appearance of transparency of CM series being at 0% and A series being at more than 90% based upon the manufacturers choice of the need of the material。In this study,by using of nano mesoporous being coated on the plate of aluminum can be applied to investigate the capability of the heat transfer cooling effect。Because the film thickness can affect the heat transfer,This study demonstrats the thickness dependence by using experimental thickness of 5 to 100μm。The tests can provide better understanding of the effects of film thickness and temperature changes。Best known from the experimental film thickness is 15 to 30μm for good cooling effect。Using of a particular nano mesoporous carbon powder material for applications,such as heat sink in practice,LED…and so on,therefore,never can be ignored heat transfer as major concerns。 葉安祺 2010 學位論文 ; thesis 112 zh-TW
