碩士 === 正修科技大學 === 營建工程研究所 === 99 === The Kaohsiung Mass Rapid Transit system authorized the folk Kaohsiung Rapid Transit Corp. to contract the constructing, transport business and shift by BOT for 36 years. The project constructing period to analyze several civil turnkey projects and the mechanical & electrical system projects by each special constructors to be responsible to design and construction. Because of involving contracts business respectively the benefit consideration and the design construction way all are different, and the project progress is so urgent. The civil work and the mechanical & electrical system all of design, construction and the equipment/system installment and so on are overlapping way to carry on, therefore it is very difficult and extremely complex for the interface conformity coordination. This research in accordance with the civil interface management takes Kaohsiung Rapid Transit Corp.(KRTC) as an example. Collecting the related literature, the periodical magazines and thesis to research the interface overall construction management of KRTC’s projects, additionally probe in the interface integration pattern of the civil project and the mechanical & electrical system one. The civil project should encounter the interface integration management and procedure, the generalization reorganizes the following research items: First, research the design period, the civil project integrates the interface requirement of the mechanical & electrical system project by the procedure of 「Interface Matrix(IM)」、「Interface registration (IR)」、「Interface Data Sheet(IDS)」completely. Second, research the integrating pattern of the Combined Service Drawing (CSD) and the Structural, Electrical, Mechanical Drawing(SEM) according the civil engineering drawings, or the interface requirement and the procedure evolving. Third, research the construction period, the civil constructor how to complete the interface coordination with the mechanical & electrical system ones as prepared work, equipment approach and conformity test etc..
