| Summary: | 碩士 === 中臺科技大學 === 健康產業管理研究所 === 99 === The purpose of this study intervention on health promotion hospitals (HPH) concept of health and health behavior self-efficacy as a mediator to explore the health promotion lifestyle and health status of the relevant employees, mining semi-structured questionnaire, cross-sectional study, including research tools health promotion lifestyle profile, health conception scale and self-efficacy scale, information will be descriptive statistics and inferential statistical analysis.
This study data analysis methods used by SPSS (statistical package for the social science) for Windows software package filing processing, analysis methods, including measurement reliability and validity of measurement, descriptive statistics, correlation analysis, regression analysis and the level of multiple regression analysis.
Understood through the research involved in the HPH, the staff of the results of the annual health check and health trend of the concept of self-efficacy and health promoting lifestyle correlation between the results of the study show health promoting lifestyle changes and trends in health status HPH significantly after the intervention did not reach that HPH concept of health and self-efficacy does not have an intermediary effect. However, to further explore the relationship between that, under the regression coefficient of the interaction statistically significant difference, although the involvement of HPH inference does not have the mediating effect, but with the existence of interference effects, it is still the necessity of promoting the HPH and influence.
