Summary:碩士 === 建國科技大學 === 電機工程系暨研究所 === 99 === Mainly, this paper researches the Schmitt oscillator circuit to improve and to investigate deeply. The research includes the temperature coefficient on resistance, and the amplitude ratio. The software of HSPICE on workstation is mainly used to design circuits. In the research, the devises in circuits are offered by National Chip Implementation Center. To achieve the Schmitt oscillator under the 0.35μm regular processes of Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacture Cooperator. The design of Schmitt oscillator is expected to stable current, small layout area, high voltage amplitude, and high frequency operation.
