By combining sensor, wire transmission, recorder, monitor, alarm, etc, we successfully build a mechanical and electrical conformity module, and design its recorder and alarm system circuit. Then we compare the temperature autom atically measured by sensor and mawually to obtain calibrated accurate data. To design a optimal temperature monitoring system of rolling mill, we analyze the problem of temperature measure ,and research the mutual influence relations between temperature measured by people and sensor.
