When PCB Procedure used Tin solution, Tin would be oxidative from divalent to tetravalent. The goal of this study is to use isolation、anti-oxidation、reduction to make Tin stay divalent or reductive tetravalent to divalent, then it can extend the life of Tin solution. In this research, isolation used Nitrogen to isolate Oxygen with Tin. Anti-oxidation added Butyl hydroxyl toluene(BHT)、Citric Acid、Vitamin C in Tin solution. Reduction added Potassium sulfite、Sodium thiosulfate、Sodium Sulfoxylate、Reducing agent A、Reducing agent B. The Tin concentration is determined by Flame Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometer (FAAS). Based on the results of these experiments, N2、1%Citric Acid、1%Vitamin C could make Tin concentration decrease slowly.
