The study cases are those who have currently applied grant and executed environment transformation, expecting to carry on the plan sustainably. The study adopts data collection methods by consolidating existing data and network resources, and experiencing and sharing in person. Interview investigation observation method is also adopted. The interview objects include heads of schools, General Director, planning design unit, and construction execution unit. They are selected by their participation degree, participation time. The interviews is focused on the reason for application, the process of school participation and promotion, organizational structure, the problem confronted by planning design and construction units in practice, the use condition after accomplishment and the solution to problems. In addition, it is also suggested to include the advance of administrative procedure, provision of sufficient execution time, definite timetable and regular operating expenses subsidy. During the authority’s audit process, the audit consistency will contribute to school’s amended direction and improve administrative efficiency. In the planning and design processes, sufficient time is also required to improve the following contract work. Promotion of sustainable campus covers multiple areas of expertise. Educators without education administration related background cannot see it all. It requires scholars and experts to provide advice and guidance and education-oriented and zealous environmental planners or architects to continuously interact with schools. The school heads and general directors are the critical executive staff . Their education background and experience have little to do the “sustainable campus plan”. It that case, the school affairs management personnel need to strengthen their concept on environment sustainability, and heritage and practice of management maintenance. Issues generated currently are as below: The execution timetable and supportive measures need to be improved.、Funding lacks flexibility.、The program content lacks related supportive measures、The criteria for application assessment is not consistent.、The environmental planners need to strengthen on their profession.。
