In order to cope with these problems the bedside teachers must activly develop good cooperation relationship with different partners and problem solving strategies.(2)The conquest of the difficulties with faith and taking the full responsibilities.(3) Through flexibility to overcome the difficulties in establishing and intergrating support and resources.(4)The need to increase qualities and quantities in education of hospital bedside teaching through the systematic and long term pre-service and in-service training. Based on these themes and results, there are some concrete recommendations are proposed for the future research, special education teacher preparation programs, education executive institution and the related cooperation units in special education teachers in hospital bedside teaching. More resources and attention are urgently expected for the hospital bedside teachers. Also more time and energy will be hopefully used to expand the theory and practice in bedside teaching related issues. Huey-Ming Pan 潘惠銘 2011 學位論文 ; thesis 252 zh-TW
