The measuring system used to collect data in the machine spindle vibrationdetection device, within microseconds of micron vibration. Measurement, theaccelerometer must be placed perfectly level surface along the chassis, ensure that each point along this flat with the same Z-axis offset. After a lot of trial and the axis of movement under various conditions, a complete analysis of data obtainedfor analysis The results can distinguish different under different conditions of reaction, and this method made of man-machine interface using LabVIEW can be used to operatethe computer without the use of pen and paper record to facilitate the operationand management.
