The industry may experience a shortage of properly trained personnel. If schools can adequately train students in ERP theory and implement professional certification, the lack of skilled workers can be addressed. Therefore, in this study we analyzed the Decomposition Theory of Planned Behavior and Structure Model and probed into its effect on learning ERP in terms of learner willingness. Based on statistical analysis of 187 survey responses using AMOS software, we determined that the primary factor affecting desire to learn is the learner’s attitude. There were no significant differences in the impact on learner willingness between subjective standards and consciousness behavioral control. We also found that usefulness and accessibility of cognition had great effect on a learner’s attitude. In addition, supporting the learner’s self-efficacy had a positive influence on the learner’s behavioral control. We conclude the study by stating our objective views and offering suggestions to facilitate a beneficial learning environment. The results of this study may be used as reference for developing effective ERP and information systems teaching methods. Fei-Jin Tseng 曾斐金 2011 學位論文 ; thesis 120 zh-TW
