| Summary: | 碩士 === 清雲科技大學 === 經營管理研究所 === 99 === This study examined the relationships among Locus of Control, LMX, Person-Supervisor Fit, and Job Involvement. Total 130 samples used in this study were obtained from workers studing in Division of the bachelor and EMBA programs of extension education. This study used SPSS software for analysis. The statistical techniques used are: t- test, one-way ANOVA, correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis. The statistic analysis shows the following summary: (1) Correlations among Locus of Control, LMX, Person-Supervisor Fit, and Job Involvement are positive；(2)Locus of Control has a significant positive effect on LMX, Person-Supervisor Fit, and Job Involvement；(3) LMX and Person-Supervisor Fit has a significant positive effect on Job Involvement；(4) LMX and Job Involvement has a significant positive effect on Person-Supervisor Fit；(5) Person-Supervisor and Job Involvement t has a significant positive effect on LMX。
