| Summary: | 碩士 === 朝陽科技大學 === 財務金融系碩士班 === 99 === This research is focused on financial preparation, financial behavior and retirement planning of those military personnel in northern districts with the use of surveys. The survey references the concepts of Mr. Wang (2006) and Mr. Wen’s (2007). Collected data thus be calculated and analyzed by the R software using one-way ANOVA method, Scheffe method and Chi-Square method. Analyzed results are as below:
1.Most military personnel share the same positive perspective towards financial preparation, as for retirement planning, individual growth backgrounds influence the most.
2.Over 80% of military personnel devote 11% ~ 30% their income in investments. The methods they use are more of a conservative way. Due to the increase of real estate prices, real estate have became one of the popular investment tools throughout.
3.Military personnel are quite cautious about their retirement planning. Most wish to live a life receiving 50 ~ 60 thousand for daily usages before the age of 50.
4.As for the future, over half have worry about medical outcomes affecting their recent life qualities.
