As for consumers the charm, aesthetic appeal, service and value of leisure resorts provide them with a valuable experience. Consumer demands for quality resorts are always increasing. Resorts should offer diverse facilities and scenery providing consumers with a range in selection. Consumer’s considerations may include convenient transportation, clean environment, reasonable prices as well as the ability to inspire – a factor that recently is becoming more prevalent. The factors in selection provide the industry with an accurate picture of what the consumer’s needs are and are also a reference point for future development. In regards to this, this research will systematically carry out a questionnaire analysis. Not only will it consider and integrate related research and theories, but also provide those involved with the resort industry some suggestions for practice, thereby enhancing the interest of consumers worldwide. Innovative design of resorts is the inevitable tendency for development. Besides trying to section resorts off from city limits, how to increase consumer activity in order to operate effectively is an important challenge to face. In order to understand what kind of innovative design for resorts will have what kind of effect, this research’s main purpose is to combine literature review with a process for researching questionnaires, and finally leading an in-depth discourse of the innovative characteristics and meaningfulness of resorts. At the end of 2010, the population of Taiwan was 23.16 million people. The subjects of this research will include consumers from the northern, central, southern and eastern parts of Taiwan. Questionnaires will be carried out through interviews inquiring into the nature of the consumer’s impression of the innovation of the resort. Subsequent analysis will provide the industry with suggestions. This research will use the software SPSS Statistics 17.0 to carryout statistical analysis, factor analysis and other related analysis. The collected data from the statistical analysis will then again be analyzed to understand the requirements for innovative design of satisfied consumers. This information in turn will be available as a reference point for future developments of resorts throughout Taiwan. Liao,Kun-Hsi 廖焜熙 2011 學位論文 ; thesis 67 zh-TW |
