In addition, the researcher has tried to realize the motives of the surveyed enterprises for introducing ERP. The motives have been divided into five dimensions: competition, efficiency, technology, operation, and stretagy demand. Forthermore, the researcher has also analyzed the three dimensions of ERP execution to be considered in executing, such as core managers, organazation, skill, etc. From these two subjects, the researcher has tried to probe the effects of ERP on the enterprises’ management achievements. In reference of related literature, the dimensions representing ERP’s motives and executions have been selected, translating into a questionnaire which has been requested to be answered by corporate managements, IT specialists and consultants. A total of 300 copies of questionnaire were sent out with 169 copies retrieved, in which only 132 copies are effective samples. Based on the returns of the questionnaire, through descriptive statistics, validity and reliability analysis, and regression analysis, the main research findings about the correlation between motive/execution and management achievement of the enterprises which had introduced ERP are: (1) there is evident positive relationship between the motives and management achievements of enterprises which had introduced ERP; (2) there is evident positive relationship between ERP’s execution and management achievements. That means the introduction and execution of ERP are all helpful to boost an enterprise’s management achievement. Tang, ChiFa 唐啟發 2011 學位論文 ; thesis 61 zh-TW
