Conducting empirical analysis according to the data collected from the 178 valid samples of questionnaire survey. The data analysis result found that: 1. Staff education and training have a significant positive influence on employee’s satisfaction. 2. Staff’s satisfaction has a significant positive influence on the job performance. 3. Staff education and training have significant positive effects on job performance. 4.
