Also use well-directed ways to make boss, colleagues or subordinates will do according to own expectative target to obtain the results that you want. However, the behavior disrupted the organizations to the target, transfer employees energy and attention of employees, even loss the valuable employees. Because the trust of internal employee is threatened, the staff increase the alienation of organization. The organization doesn't like above characterization. So this research focus on the issue of individual member of person-job fit and organizational political behavior. This framework of research as person-job fit as independent variables, Organizational Political Behavior as dependent variables, the sampling focus on the person over twenty years old in Taiwanese public private machinery or full-times staff of enterprise to survey in convenience. Research results revealed that individual variables is a significant positive correlation between the level of person-job fit and organizational political behavior. In other words, the lower of the ages, the higher organization of political behavior and the member will be more like select political behavior and "curry favour with the upper, self-recognition".
