Summary:碩士 === 大葉大學 === 管理學院碩士在職專班 === 99 === This research mainly was to discuss the professional competencies with.social network to affect of betrayal organization and entrepreneurial. The samples were the office workers working in middle and small businesses in Taichung City and Changhua County. 400 questionnaires were given out and 358 were returned. Deducting 43 invalid questionnaires, there were 315 effective ones with a return ratio 87.99%. SPSS software was used as the empirical analysis tool to carry out empirical analysis with descriptive statistics analysis, factorial analysis, reliability analysis, regression analysis, and hierar-chical regression analysis. According to the research result, the stronger the professional competencies the more likely one would betrayal organization; the stronger the etrepreneurial motivation the more likely would one betrayal organization; the better the social network the more likely would one betrayal organization. The professional competencies have positive effect on the etrepreneurial motivation. The social network has positive effect on the etrepreneurial motivation. The etrepreneurial threshold has no prominent adjusting effect between the professional competencies and betrayal organization. The etrepreneurial threshold has prominent adjusting effect between the social network and betrayal or-ganization.
