Description
Summary:碩士 === 逢甲大學 === 土地管理所 === 99 === There were green building assessment indicators formulated from seven to nine by Taiwan Government in 2003. Based on the meaning of the green building, the purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship among perceived importance, living benefit, and satisfaction that the green building occupants feel as an evaluative technique for green building indicators in Taiwan. The studty focus on 7green building cases, which were accept the questionnaire survey, and conduct a survey of the occupants of the 1,164 residential household of green buildings from 12th September to 31th October 2010. There were 168 responses, and the response rate was 14.4%. Structural equation modeling was taken advantage of to exam the relationship among the three variables, perceived importance, living benefit, and satisfaction. The findings were that perceived importance did bring about satisfaction, and also had a positive impact on the living benefit. However, living benefit did not have the positive impact on the satisfaction but “daily energy-saving” indicator. In addition, the result shown that the occupants who lived in the whole houses had the better satisfaction than the occupants who lived in the apartments. Furthermore, ‘water-saving equipment’ and ‘waste focus in the commmunity’ were needed to work hard shown by the Importance-Satisfaction Analysis (ISA) result. The limitation in the study is low response rate to cause higher sampling error. But, it is significant that the point of view form occupants lived in the green buildings were examin in Taiwan.
