碩士 === 逢甲大學 === 工業工程與系統管理學研究所 === 99 === The demand of TFT-LCD (Thin-Film Transistor Liquid-Crystal Display) panels is fluctuant due to changes of market. The capital of investment will increase if manufacturer raises its inventory or invests in equipment for capacity expansion. So utilizing professional outsourcing capacity can decrease capital expenditure and fulfill market demand as the demand fluctuation. The research uses TFT-LCD outsourcing vendor as case study and utilizes DEA (Data Development Analysis) to construct performance evaluation model. The purpose of the research is to find out the most efficient outsourcing vendor as an indicator. Furthermore, to determine the input and output parameters of TFT-LCD outsourcing vendor, the most indicative items are chosen from references as input parameters- Management fees, operating expense, and number of employees; the output parameters implement vendors’ audition items-Management performance and its operating income, net. DEA CCR model measure the total efficiency; then through the BCC model obtain the pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency, the results of analysis are provided for management as reference of business decisions and also could be used as improvement direction for inefficient outsourcing vendor.
