But it generally creates contradiction questions during the process of design. So we need a effective problem-solving method. TRIZ is a effective method of contradiction problem-solving following by the period time of design. The object of study uses IWB software which is coming from TRIZ theory and the concept of contradiction of solving the new innovative problems by Altshuller deal with the problem-design contradiction of PIM. First, conferring and investigating present situation of design problem-contradiction need undertake. Then after understanding the total questions completely, connect these useful and harmful decision of condition factors with the correlation diagram. For this reasons, it can meditate the innovation direction and conception systematically. Afterward we uses the IWB software to solve above condition. And give the directions of suggestion to assist R&D engineer touch the concept of design off. Finally, we got cautious evaluation from these types of concept and find the most effective formulation to solve PIM problem-contradiction during design. By this research, it show the application of actual design of process analysis from the PIM problem-contradiction between torque and speed factors by the above IWB software execution.
