Description
Summary:碩士 === 逢甲大學 === 化學工程學所 === 99 === In the cellulosic ethanol fermentation process, if plant for a decrease in costs and improve productivity, this research of co-fermentation should be made active, and Z mobilis and P. stipitis for the current main research fermentation of ethanol, this study is to combine the two, development researching of continuous co-fermentation process. The study found that Z. mobilis can be the best operating conditio ns for the glucose concentration 140 g/L, temperature at 35℃ will be b etter fermentation performance; P. stipitis the best operating condition s for the xylose concentration of 40 g /L, temperature 30 ℃ and the in cubator speed at 200 rpm, aeration rate of 75 vvm air will be a better performance. Z. mobilis immobilized continuous fermentation, ethanol can be an average of 67 g/L and substrate utilization of 96%, while the ethanol productivity of 16.75 g/L/h, P. stipitis at the fed-batch operation, the average ethanol concentration of 13.3 g/L while the ethanol productivit y of 0.37 g/L/h.
