| Summary: | 碩士 === 逢甲大學 === 風險管理與保險研究所 === 99 === Life insurance market of our country is fully open stage after 1993,At this critical moment, but need high quality sales army to develop new markets,However,the high turnover rate of life insurance agents,a large number of additional staff, great loss is nothing new,How to reduce the turnover rate, is an unavoidable issue with related personnel.This study aimed to explore the relation factor of turnover intention of life insurance sales .And use the job satisfaction, professional commitment, work values, job performance, job pressure and supervisor support for the interpretation variables,Empirical Analysis of the turnover intention.and analysis empirical of the turnover intention.Through questionnaires, obtained after 385 valid questionnaires.After obtained 385 valid questionnaires by questionnaires.And use the independent sample t test and regression analysis to analyze the data,Empirical results indicate that the clerk of the different respective channels tend to have significantly different turnover,Job satisfaction, professional commitment, job performance, supervisor support and turnover there are negative effects of job stress for their turnover rate there is a significant positive impact. Supervisor support on turnover intention, there is a significant negative impact,Work values only influence on turnover intention is not significant.Based on the findings, its implications of the practice are discussed.
