'' The station '' is always known as entering the door of the city, it is actually hiding the orbits of countless history and culture intension,entrusting to the extension passing on and serving from generation to generation too, the station and city develop the often closely bound up and honour altogether of intergrowth, from going out of cultivation to the flourishing, which grows from perimeter of the '' point '' to '' the line ''expansion to the '' plane '' of distribution, the extension that face more and combining, the railway construction is the national important project, develop from driving the city becoming hindrance of city development later in early days to, should respect local characteristic and demand even more besides should offer perfect software and hardware facilities in three-dimensional reconstruction plan of the railway, act the city to develops and accords with pushing hands of local demand again. This research probes into the government to transport and lead Transit-Oriented Development (Transit-Oriented Development T.O.D.)with the masses mainly Lead the city to develop the way, in passing great traffic construction, cooperate with local relevant city plan by " Taiwan Railroad Elevated ", city design, city upgrade and traffic transport tactics of setting up etc., Dr.eye: to the influence which the city develops in the neighbourhood of the station, and analyse in commercial space structure changes of the city that probe into and grind and propose the suggestion scheme with the domestic, other case, whether contribute to improving and Yi''s note is near the possibility that the station area of Taizhong develop, through through researching and analysing and discussions of instance,it offers another of to be reasonable Objective development tactics and the measure not auxiliary, accord with the reference of the development goal again of neighbouring area of station of Taizhong in order to build constructing.
