Staffs work closely together to create maximum value for the organization by right management mechanism. When starting management mechanism, the organization must first clearly understand their vision and goals. Then the vision and goals down pass to colleagues within the organization. In management mechanism, how to evaluate performance and binding it to the company vision and goals are extraordinarily important, through the Balanced Scorecard performance evaluation design can effectively solve this problem. In this case we examine the bank branch performance management. Using mix earnings and Balanced Scorecard performance to observe the view of the actual operation of the various branches of the case, We group bank branches into six sector by geography and scale, but scores still have some design problems, such as (1) In earnings performance goal setting, may past branch''s efforts to become the burden in future (2) If branch performance badly in past, it will get high score easily (3) The size of the weight is difficult to have a fair standard.
