碩士 === 逢甲大學 === 經營管理碩士在職專班 === 99 === Abstract The Analects of Confucius is a classic reading for Chinese﹐it contains old Chinese thought 、 wisdom and the ways of conducting society and country﹒Since the rising of China﹐people all over the the world spend time in learning Chinese﹐the Chinese management thought and methods get the attention of the international scholars gradually﹐especially ﹐the thought of “The Analects of Confucius” has been applied to business . “The Analects of Confucius” is not only containing the ways of how to run a country﹐but also offered precious guidance in running modern business﹒This thesis probes the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) meaning of the “The Analects of Confucius” and find out that the social responsibility concepts of modern management and the “The Analects of Confucius” have the the same viewpoints. In addition to applying the spirit of relevant Confucius "benevolence", the thesis also refers Junior Mencius’s "meaning"doctrine, and finally verify that Confucianism thoughts can be applied to modern business of corporate social responsibility .
