Recently, the appearance of products become more light and more thin, the quality of projects the forming are requested higher so the design of mold also become more important. The key of mold with better quality and longer life-span are the design and the steel products, by this way we could have nice shape of products and save more costs. The study of this research is to use the Pro/E design a mold with two holes molds to analysis the organization simulation of 3D. The type is 1. The mold base would push with two plates mold core plate. 2. Two plates mold core plate stripper plate push. 3. Three plates mold cavity plate stripper plate push, with these three ways, we find out the appearance will not effects the design even the same products pushing with different ways. To provide a product design could to make a design feature that could need experience before, but also to realize the qualities and shapes of products and find out the best value . This thesis could help the beginners to understand what are the factor that the designers need to be careful and the different moves, different fittings requires with the molds.
