Using descriptive statistics, independent sample t test, Analysis of Variance, the mode of Statistics as the main statistical methods for data analysis, to explore the conditions for teachers are different due to their own These conditions and for different reasons, and thus affect future marriage choices. This research obtains result: 1. Junior high school teachers emphasize most on "spiritual and mind communication "; secondly on "physiological appearance"; third on "economical capacity"; the least on "social status", when choosing the spouse. 2. From a gender perspective, female emphasize more on the spouse’s height, spiri- tual communication, economical capacity and social status than males; however, males emphasize more on physical appearance. 3. From an age perspective, 23-29 aged junior high school teachers emphasize more on social status and economic capacity; 30-35 aged teachers emphasize more on spiritual communication. From a perspective of working duration, teachers with teaching experience of 3-5 years emphasize more on spiritual communication, social status and economical capacity than any others. 4.From a perspective of educational background, teachers with bachelor’s degree or master’s emphasize more on spiritual communication; teachers who graduated from technical schools emphasize more on social status and economical capacity. 5. From a perspective of personal income, teachers of different income have different expectation to their spouses. 6. Male and female choose the spouse’s occupation according to the definitions of social sexual roles respectively. People with religions have higher expectation to marital loyalty and the spouse’s religious beliefs.
