With rapid growth of various electricity users’ feeder loads, power transmission between feeder lines become very complicated. An improper flow of complex power will lead to poor stability of electric distribution system which increases losses of feeder lines. This thesis makes a calculation of relative losses of feeder lines through PSS/E power system simulation software together with node load and parameters of feeder lines and sets power generation equipment of renewable energy in all concentration lines to supply some of continuous or fictitious power. In addition, sensitivity of continuous or fictitious power of feeder lines and compensation points of fictitious power are calculated to decide the best continuous power node of feeder lines of power generation equipment of renewable energy in electricity distribution system equipment so that losses of feeder lines system are minimized. This thesis selects Chaoliao electricity substation and feeders lines of electricity distribution system that are business users oriented, residential users oriented , agricultural users oriented and industrial users oriented to investigate the issue of setting of best feeder lines nodes of power generation equipment of renewable energy in electricity distribution system and its sensitivity. After comparing nodes setting of the four feeder lines, the thesis analyzes and compares sensitivity of best setting points of the four feeder lines and reduction rate of losses by using three methods of setting power generation of renewable energy, i.e. firstly set active power and secondly set reactive power; firstly set reactive power and secondly set active power and simultaneously set active power and reactive power.
