A structured questionnaire was employed to recruit primary care physicians to be the participant in Sanchong District, New Taipei City. These participants particularly include pediatricians and family medicine specialist in the study. Finally, there are 60 primary care physicians participated in the analyses (response rate=72%). The main findings include: 1. The mean score of participants toward Preventive Health Services Program for Children was 64, and there were more than half participants (58.6%) expressed positive view of the Program. 2. The participants expressed that they were generally disagreed on examination schedule change of the 2010 Version of Children's Preventive Health Care Services. However, they were more favored on the new examination items, insurance payment and examination data entry. Particularly in those participants who provided pediatric care felt more positive view of the new version of service program than other primary care physicians. 3. Comparison between 2004 and 2010 version of Preventive Health Services Program for Children, the study found that 75% participants expressed slightly unsatisfactory toward examination schedule change. It will cause many children unavailable to accept growth and development assessments timely. However, 90.6% participants thought the new version will increase the completion of examination data (two examination records) and suggest extending each examination data entry in the future. Overall, most of the participants were favored in the 2004 version than the new 2010 version of service program. 4. Stepwise logistic regression analysis was conducted to examine the factors which associated with participants’ view on the two different versions (2004 vs. 2010) of service program for children. Results showed that factors of number of clinic physicians, practice clinic division, age of participants and practice years were significantly associated with their views on the different version of services (F value = 5.207, p <0.01).
